To ensure that each street in the Borough is represented in the program, with members attending monthly public safety meetings to convey information to residents on their streets. To create effective and reliable sources of communication through a database of email, website, and webcam information, and actively monitored tip-line and security surveillance systems. To educate and provide to residents in how to report crime, suspect identification, vehicle descriptions and supicious activities while applying the 4 D's of Crime Prevention. These four principles include: Deter, Delay, Deny and Detct. If apply properly they will reduce the law-abiding public from being a victim.
