BOROUGH OF SEASIDE HEIGHTS

REQUREST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS

 

Please be advised that the Borough of Seaside Heights, Ocean County, New Jersey hereby solicits proposals and qualification statements for various professional services listed below for 2023. These proposals and qualification statements are being solicited through the fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. An RFP/RFQ package for any of these professional services may be obtained by contacting Diane B. Stabley, RMC, Borough Clerk, Borough of Seaside Heights, 100 Grant Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751. You may also request a proposal document by e-mailing  or by calling (732) 793-9100 or by downloading the package from the municipal website (www.seaside-heightsnj.org). All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13th, 2022 and should be addressed or delivered to the attention of Diane B. Stabley, RMC, using the above address. Please provide only one copy of your proposal.

 

The professional appointments are as follows: Borough Counsel, Special Counsel Pool, Labor Counsel, Bond Counsel, Special Prosecutor for Local Hearings (Employee Discipline Matters, Mercantile License Revocation Hearings, etc.) Hearing Officer for Local Hearings (Employee Discipline Matters, Mercantile License Revocation Hearings, etc.), Redevelopment Counsel, Special Counsel for Electric Utility, Planning Board Counsel, Municipal Court Prosecutor, Municipal Court Assistant Prosecutor Pool, Municipal Court Public Defender, Municipal Court Assistant Public Defender Pool, Borough Auditor, Financial Advisor, Borough Architect, Borough Engineer, Special Project Engineer Pool, Redevelopment Planner, Planning Board Engineer, Special Project Engineer Pool,  Redevelopment Planner, Planning Board Engineer, Planning Board Planner, Appraiser for Real Estate and Tax Appeals, Title Search Services, Preparation and Publication of Code Supplements, Insurance Broker of Record, Environmental Permit Consultant Pool, FEMA Consultant, Grant Consultant.
