If you received a traffic or non-traffic summons that does not require a court appearance, and you wish to enter a guilty plea to the violation, you may pay the prescribed penalty which is listed on the Violations Bureau Schedule (PDF).

• You may mail the summons (be sure to sign the appearance plea and wavier portion located on the back on the summons) with the prescribed penalty to:

• You may pay in person at the Seaside Heights Municipal Building located at the above address. Along with cash, checks and money orders, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
• You may pay online via the NJMCdirect website.
